Full List of 2009 ARIA Awards Presenters Announced 25.11.09

With the star spangled evening within breathing distance, ARIA can announce the full list of presenters and performers who will take to the stage at this year's event.

He's already been announced to perform at this year's ARIAs, and now we can confirm that international superstar Robbie Williams will also be presenting an ARIA at the Awards. And it seems Robbie has a few favourites in the Australian media landscape, putting in a special request for Rove to join him as a double-act in stepping up to the plinth to present an ARIA together! Rove, of course, was delighted to accept the personal invitation and will join Robbie on stage at the event.

From the house of Triple J we welcome the Breakfast team of Robbie Buck, Marieke & The Doctor who will stay up late on Thursday night, to help out with the pointy end of proceedings at the 2009 ARIAs.

Having recently wrapped up Australian Idol for 2009, Andrew G will again undertake presentation duties at the ARIA Awards, and joining him will be legendary Australian rock'n'roller Jimmy Barnes. In 2009 Barnesy released his fifteenth solo studio album, The Rhythm and The Blues, which reached number one on the ARIA charts and is about to reform with Cold Chisel to play at the V8 Supercar event at ANZ Stadium in December.

Comedian Tim Ross (Rosso) will form a different duo at this year's ARIA Awards, appearing on stage alongside Perth-born singer-songwriter Cassie Davis who has just released her fourth single No More taken from her debut album, Differently.

The roll call of stars continues with salt of the earth singer songwriter John Butler, who is set to release the highly anticipated first single One Way Road from his forthcoming album April Uprising. And we welcome an artist who has enjoyed incredible mainstream success in Australia and in the USA, Keith Urban. Urban, who is nominated for his album Defying Gravity in the category for Best Country Album, is also performing at this year's Awards.

We also welcome two gracious Getaway hosts with the most in 2008 Cleo Batchelor of the Year Jason Dundas and the gregarious Natalie Gruzlewski, who has also been hosting Channel Nine TV show, Farmer Wants a Wife.

Finally, former ARIA winner and 2009 ARIA nominee for his album Love & War, Daniel Merriweather will step out in his inimitable style to appear at this year's event, as will the multi-talented TV and radio host and all round great guy Jabba. And Channel Nine’s entertainment guru Richard Wilkins will be presenting alongside Australian country music superstar Lee Kernaghan at tomorrow night's spectacular show.

These presenters join the already announced: Ruby Rose, Missy Higgins, Powderfinger, Orianthi, Guy Sebastian, Vanessa Amorosi, Natalie Bassingthwaighte and ARIA Awards hosts Gyton Grantley and Kate Ritchie.
